1. Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

2. How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [contact@email.com] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns without a valid RMA number may not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

4. Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Exclusions: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to software, downloadable products, and items that are explicitly marked as non-returnable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or arrange for a replacement.

7. Cancellation of Orders: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return process will apply.1.
